Every part of our products is Oeko-Tex 100 certified. The fabric, buttons, interlining and thread. Textiles produced without this certificate can potentially contain harmful substances that are bad for the environment or body. This is a very important certificate. We want to supply only the best fabrics produced according to strict requirements to our customers. So no harmful substances and also better for your skin and health!

Immediately after you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
- Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days.
- Orders from Belgium and Germany will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days.
- Orders from other European countries will be delivered to you within 3-8 working days.
- Orders outside Europe will be delivered within 4- Delivered to you within 8 working days.
Our products are delivered by DHL. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a track & trace code as soon as your order is shipped.
Everybody makes mistakes! If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve this problem for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed. You can contact us by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To ensure fast processing, orders are sent directly to our warehouse so that they can be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to make changes.
Unfortunately it may happen that the product does not fit. If you want to exchange the product to a different size or to exchange it to another product, you can indicate this in the comments when requesting a return. Go to you account to request a return.
If you don't like your new purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund.
- All products must be canceled within 30 days of receipt.
- All products must be in the are in original condition and in the original packaging are packed.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
- All products must still have all original Vercate tags.
- Keep your tracking code as proof of shipment.
We will refund your return as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving your return. We will always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account used to place the order.
Once we receive your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes up to 5 business days to process your return. Once it is processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund process. We will send you an update once your order has been received and refunded.
Unfortunately, we can only help you if you purchased your product at www.vercate.com. If you purchased your product from one of our partners, please contact the store where you purchased the product.
We are sorry that the item you purchased was damaged. You can contact us by email and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
You can pay for your order with the following options: IDeal, PayPal, Bancont cash, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna.
Your invoice is always included in the order confirmation email. You can also find the invoice in your Vercate account. If you can't find the invoice, please contact us so we can send you a new copy.
