Every part of our products is Oeko-Tex 100 certified. The fabric, buttons, interlining and the thread. Textiles produced without this certificate may contain harmful substances that are bad for the environment or body. This is a very important certificate. We only want to supply our customers with the best fabrics that have been produced according to strict requirements. So no harmful substances and also better for your skin and health!

Vercate ships worldwide.

Immediately after you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

It is possible that your order will be delivered in different shipments.

Our products are delivered by DPD or DHL. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail with a track & trace code as soon as your order has been shipped.

Unfortunately  it is possible that the product does not fit.   If you want to exchange the product to a different size or exchange for another product, please contact us. You can get in touch by sending us an email to  info@vercate.com . 

If you don't like your new purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund.

- All products must be canceled within 30 days of receipt.

- All products must be in the are in original condition and in the original packaging are packed.

- All products must be unworn and unwashed.

- All products must still have all original Vercate tags.

- Keep your tracking code as proof of shipment.

You can register your return shipment in your account. Click here to login.

We will refund your return shipment as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of your return shipment. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account with which the order was placed.

As soon as we have received your shipment, we will process the return as soon as possible. It takes a maximum of 5 working days to process your return. Once it has been processed in our warehouse, we will start the refund process. We will send you an update once your order is received and refunded.

We are sorry that the item you bought is damaged. You can contact us via Whatsapp or email and we will provide you with a solution as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

IDeal, PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna.

Your invoice is always included in the order confirmation email. You can also find the invoice in your Vercate account. If you cannot find the invoice, please contact us so we can send you a new one.
