How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered to you within 1-2 working days.
Orders from Belgium and Germany will be delivered to you within 2-4 working days.
Orders from other European countries will be delivered to you within 3-8 working days.
Orders outside Europe will be delivered within 4- Delivered to you within 8 working days.

What is the current status of my order?

Immediately after you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an additional email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the shipment of your order until it is delivered.

I made a mistake with my shipping address. What can I do?

Everybody makes mistakes! If you accidentally entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to solve this problem for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed. You can contact us by sending us an email to info@vercate.com.

To ensure fast processing, orders are sent directly to our warehouse so that they can be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to make changes.
