Refund policy

Unfortunately it may happen that the product does not fit. You can return (exchange) the product up to 30 days after you have received the product. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packed in the original packaging.

• All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• All products must be in the are in original condition and in the original packaging are packed.
• All products must be unworn and unwashed.
• All products must still have all original Vercate tags.
• Keep your tracking code as proof of shipment.

 

Exchange

If you want to exchange the product, you can indicate this as a note when creating a return shipment. We will exchange the product when we have received the return shipment.

 

Return costs

The costs for returning products from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are Free. The costs for returning products from other countries are for your own account.

 

Refund

We will refund your return shipment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account with which the order was placed.
