Unfortunately it may happen that the product does not fit. If you want to exchange the product to a different size or to exchange it to another product, you can indicate this in the comments when requesting a return. Go to your account to request a return.

The costs for returning products from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are free. The costs for returning products from other countries are for your own account.

We will refund your return shipment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card or PayPal account with which the order was placed.
