The Vercate Method: Our non-iron quality doesn't come from a chemical bath, but from the structure. Because we use the Japanese Knitted technique (knitting instead of weaving), the fabric is naturally elastic and resilient. A crease simply cannot hold in the loop structure.

How do you get that perfect, smooth result without an iron?

Wash: Wash the shirt at 30 degrees (low spin).

Hang: Take it out of the machine immediately while it is still damp. Shake it out and hang it on a hanger.

Done: As it dries, gravity and the unique knitting structure pull all creases out. The next morning, you put on a crisp shirt.
3. Always Sharp, Even at 5:00 PM
